The candidate would play a significant role in implementation of technological solution for our clients. He/she must have
in trouble shooting, configuration, L1/L2 support. Responsiblity also includes data analysis and keeping the customer informed on the status of their request.

How to Apply
2.0 ~ 4.5 years of experience in the service desk , preferably with service companies.
- Strong in Microsoft office – Excel , Powerpoint , Word , MS-Access.
- Must have exposure to complex data analysis and custom reporting.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Should be dedicated, hardworking and detail oriented
